A fine and lively wine due to its unique and exciting expressions. It is the result of a blend of carefully selected grapes which makes this wine unique, this wine is made with three grapes Insolia Chardonnay and Zibibbo. Immediately after harvest the Insolia is macerated and put in barrels for seven days after seven days it is put in steel tanks while the Chardonnay and Zibibbo are made using the usual process for white wines. Chardonnay will give the wine roundness and the Zibibbo will give the wine a touch of mature apricot
