Vineyards: at 250 – 350m of altitude with south – west exposure and chalky soil, rich in structure and a little clay. A wine with marked characteristics and a high level of elegance. In order to obtain the highest quality from the grapes, the harvesting is done by hand between the end of September and October.

On the nose you get hints of plums, cherry jam, black pepper, violets, and light hints of leather.
The palate offers an elegant texture, well balanced tannings, along with fleshy mouthfeel, combined with leathery notes, well-balanced acidity, and a persistent finish.
