The main product of the winery is obtained with a very low yield per hectare, a rigorous choice of grapes, vinification at a controlled temperature to preserve the maximum aroma. It is aged in French barrels for about 6 to 8 months then the wine is also aged in the bottle for at least 3 months to give it a further roundness and smoothness.
